Through our website (decohan.com.tr), product catalog browsing, quote forms, sample requests, emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp consultations, your personal data in the following categories may be collected:

• Contact Information: Telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, teslimat/numune adresi, il/ilçe bilgisi.

• Processed for purposes of data retention, reporting, and fulfilling official regulatory requests mandated by law.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is strictly never sold or transferred to third parties or advertising platforms for commercial gain. Your data may only be transferred within legal requirements to contracted cargo/shipping companies for sample or product delivery, IT infrastructure providers, and legally authorized public institutions.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK:

1. Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
2. Requesting information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
3. Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. Requesting correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK and relevant laws,
7. Objecting to an outcome against you resulting exclusively from the analysis of processed data through automated systems,
8. Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data.
